Special Services Provided by the Oral History Office :

 

Consulting: The Oral History Office can provide advice on project organization, interviewing techniquies, and funding sources for historical societies, libraries, students, research professionals, businesses, government agencies, and others beginning to work with oral histories.

Transcribing: Through it's professional transcription service, Tapescribe, OHO offers oral historians a way to complete their projects by transforming recordings of various formats into written form.

Workshops: The OHO will develop workshops designed for specific groups wishing to learn more about the technique and application of oral history.
